My "Before Pictures"


Today is going to be the first day of a consistent training regimen.

For Breakfast:
Hot Tea with low fat milk and one splenda
Banana

For Lunch:
Chinese Chicken Salad
1/2 cup brown rice

Snack:
2 squares 75% Cacao Dark Chocolate

For Dinner:
Can Trader Joe's Tuna
2 oz Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cup Steamed Broccoli

Fitness:

Starting weight: 166 lbs.
