I finally stopped slacking off and got around to taking my progress report photos. I hope you can see a difference. I see myself every day so I think I don't look that different. My weight has fluctuated back and forth but has stayed roughly the same within 5 lbs. This hasn't really been too much of a setback so far as I know I'm gaining muscle and losing inches - but I am planning to be strictly hardcore on the paleo(zone) diet once I return from Alaska Labor Day weekend. I'm mostly eating paleo things already so it shouldn't be too hard to stick with, especially after my class with Robb Wolf!
My BMI is about 27-28% now. In May it was 33%!
