The 'Wonder Twins' Birthday Workout

Who are the Wonder Twins you ask?

Wonder Twin 1 is Tom (my brother) and Wonder Twin 2 is Michael. They have birthdays really close together, and at CrossFit North Hollywood it has become customary to make your own 'Birthday WOD' for the day.
Yeah, pretty much this was one of the crappiest workouts we've had in a LONG time!

29 x Virtual Shovel (m 45#/ w 25#)
Run to the Corner and Back
29 x Dumbbell Squat Snatch (m 35#/w 20#)
Run to the Corner and Back
29 x Kettle Bell Swing (m 53#/w 35#)
Run to the Corner and Back
30 x Over Head Lunges w/ plate (m 45#/w 25#)
Run to the Corner and Back
30 x Power Clean (m 135#/w 95#)
Run to the Corner and Back
30 x Trap Blasters
Run to the Corner and Back

Brutal RIGHT!??
I scaled down my weight on the Power Cleans, but everything else was legit. This was 3 days ago and my adductors are STILL really painful! Guess that means it was a good one!
