Clean and Jerk your body weight to complete a total lift of 3,000 # for men, and 2,000# for women. Since a lot of us can't actually lift our body weight, we did a certain percentage of it. I was only able to do 63# per rep (33# barbell plus two 10# plates, and two 5# plates.) I really like doing clean and jerks. I feel powerful. Below is an image of how one is done - though this is by a girl who is lifting some serious weight.

I was able to do 32 reps of the 63# C&J which = 2,021 # in 8:16. That's OVER A TON OF WEIGHT IN UNDER 10 MINUTES!
