First WOD after East Coast trip

Tuesday night was the first night back after the 5 day trip to the East Coast. There was really no time to work out, but we did walk alot, which equals sweating alot (sorry). Eating wasn't as bad of a situation as I was expecting. It was easy to eat fairly healthily.

Breakfast:
Hardboiled Eggs
Maybe some OJ

Lunch:
Fresh Sandwich from a deli

Dinner:
Salmon
Veggies
with some snacks in between :)

Tuesdays Wod was the following:

7 Rounds for Time:
3 Strict Presses (no leg action at all = my least favorite lift)
6 L-Pullups (those who can't did 6 ring rows and 6 situps)
9 Jumping Squats (full extension squats, when you come up from squatting you do a jump like you were jumping back from a box)


This was a great work out. I was dying but it was awesome! The Skill was to find your max press about 70% of that. Mine was 68#. Not terrible for a girl...(at least that's what I'm telling myself!)
My time was 9:28. I was pretty happy with that. I don't feel like I really rested too much and I actually ran from station to station. It's great to be back!
