Leah and I made it to a magical max of 103# for our power cleans! We used 73# for the WOD. It's really amazing how much lighter 73# feels after doing 103#!

According to Trainer Tim, it's "normal" to feel like you got hit by a bus after doing a power clean workout like this! It really DOES use your whole body...who knew?!
