I think our Trainers are trying to KILL US!



Seriously... this past month has been workout after horrendous workout! I'm glad but it still is killer!
Thursday's workout was ridiculous! Below the "WOD" is a partner workout. Person A does the first exercise and Person B does the first exercise under their respective letters. Then they switch and do the other one. Once both partners have completed both sets of the first exercise, they run to the corner and back (approx 3/4 mile total running in the wod). Then move on to the second exercise and do the same routine (I pansied out and did situps instead of knees to elbows - my hands hurt :(  run again after each set of exercise all the way through 3 times each exercise with reps of 15-12-9. I was dying! Esther was my partner and she was awesome! She can kick some serious  butt. We finished with a total time of 26:26 which looked to be a bit on the slow side of average, but that's ok! AND we did the RX'd kettle bell weights!
